Shipping policy

Once placed, orders for in stock items will ship the following business day. If you need to change or cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all monogrammed items to ship. 

Due to the high demand and limited supply of Jellycat Animals, several characters are available in store only and do not ship. 

Once items are shipped and picked up by the carrier we are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. You may track your order with the tracking information provided. We do not have any special access to additional information from USPS or UPS. We can only see the same information you see when you track your package. If you need your items delivered by a certain date we recommend choosing UPS as your shipping carrier.

Note: Estimated delivery dates are provided by Shop and the shipping carrier, not Shutterbugs Boutique. We never guarantee delivery in a certain number of business days.
