Returns and Exchanges for Shipped Online Purchases: We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 10-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging.
In Store Purchases & In Store Pick Up Orders must be returned within 3 days of pick up to receive a refund.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT TAGS ATTACHED, ORIGINAL HANGERS AND/OR PLASTIC/PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
Returns must be delivered to us within 10 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 10 calendar days.
*** Holiday Themed Clothing Return Policy: All returns of holiday theme items must arrive to us 14 days before the date of the holiday OR the allotted 14 day return period -- whichever is earlier! Otherwise you will receive a store credit. We will NOT accept returns of Holiday themed items after the holiday. ***
SALE Return Policy -- SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. Items marked down from the regular price are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Christening items are accepted for size exchanges only; no refunds.
We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
Socks, tights, bows, monogrammed items and special order items may not be returned. No credit will be given for these items if returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return will either be issued a store credit or subject to a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.
If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
Once placed, orders for in stock items will ship the following business day. If you need to change or cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Once items are shipped and picked up by the carrier we are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. If you need your items delivered by a certain date we recommend choosing UPS as your shipping carrier.
To make an exchange or return:
Submit a return request through our website. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will email your return label once your return is approved. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise, you will not receive credit for the return. All returns are subject to a 5%-10% restocking fee.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.
Please allow two weeks for credits to be processed.
If you have any issues with your order after delivery, please make us aware of these within three business days of delivery.
