Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges: We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 10-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging. All returns and exchanges will be shipped back to us at your expense. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship your new item at no extra charge.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT TAGS ATTACHED, ORIGINAL HANGERS AND/OR PLASTIC/PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
Returns must be delivered to us within 10 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 10 calendar days.
*** Holiday Themed Clothing Return Policy: All returns of holiday theme items must arrive to us 10 days before the date of the holiday OR the allotted 10 day return period -- whichever is earlier! This includes Apples and Back to School items, holiday date being September 15th. We will NOT accept returns of Holiday themed items after the holiday. ***
SALE Return Policy -- SALE items discounted off regular price 30% or more are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. Items marked down from the regular price less than 30% may be EXCHANGED or returned for STORE CREDIT. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. We are happy to take measurements and answer any questions.
We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
Socks, tights, bows, monogrammed items and special order items may not be returned. No credit will be given for these items if returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
Once placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled. We usually ship within 24 hours or less, if you need to make changes please call us ASAP.
To make an exchange or return:
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.
Use a carrier with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our Returns Dept.:

If you have any issues with your order after delivery, please make us aware of these within three business days of delivery.
